I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with stunning views from the balcony, giving a distant view of the Caribbean Sea. The balconies provided a great view of the city, making it a must-experience.

The hotel offers very nice one-bedroom suites with an executive desk and excellent WiFi at the Pegasus with balcony. The service from Kevin over in the conference side towards our young family at Alexander's, who greets you with a cold towel, is a nice perk after a hot day outside. The location in New Kingston is amazing, and the room at Alexander's Restaurant is central to doing business in Kingston.

The hotel room was not very large but not small either, equipped with a work station, safe, mini refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, cable TV, coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi. It was perfectly clean and well-equipped with complementary toiletries. The service was incredibly friendly, particularly the front desk team who made me feel like part of their family. The location was fantastic, just a few hundred meters from many restaurants, allowing me to fully enjoy Kingston both day and night.
